1. Return conditions Application period: You can apply for a return within [30 days] from the date you received the product. Please note that applications after this period will not be processed. Product condition: All returned products must be in unused condition and retain the original packaging, tags and all accessories. Please provide your order number and product information in the application so that we can process it quickly.
2. Return process Apply for return: Apply for a return through the above contact information and explain the reason for the return. Obtain return authorization: We will confirm your application as soon as possible after receiving it and provide a return authorization (RMA) number. Prepare the product: Pack the product properly to ensure its safety during transportation. Please clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Return the product: Return the product to the return address we provide. Please keep the mailing receipt for subsequent inquiries.
3. Refund Policy Refund processing: After we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the above return conditions, your refund application will be processed within [3-5 working days]. The refund will be returned to your payment account.
